Your rights and responsibilities
Many of the services we offer at ReUp Mobile require that you provide a payment through credit card, direct debit or third party provider (i.e. PayPal). When you activate your service through ReUp Mobile you will be presented with detailed terms and conditions to review.
To help you become a more informed shopper, we have highlighted those terms here so that you may fully understand your rights and responsibilities.
Carrier terms & conditions
Carriers are the direct telecom providers such as T-Mobile, ATT, Verizon and Sprint. Multi Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) are the brands which are sold directly to consumers. These brands can include Simple Mobile, Page Plus, h20 Wireless and several others. Each wireless carrier and MVNO have their own unique terms and conditions about their airtime plans. There is never an Early Termination Fee with no-contracts plans, but ReUp Mobile customers must review the carriers Terms and Conditions to become better informed about their choices.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register for the services provided in the Website. If not of Age Limit, parent or guardian must be official person validating the My Account and payment option on file must be validated for that parent or guardian.
Refunds & dispute resolution
ReUp Mobile will offer 100% refund of your money if we provided we sold you a product that wasn’t working properly or wrongfully delivered. When opting in for automatic monthly subscriptions, ReUp Mobile will notify each customer 2 times before their monthly plan expires so that we can charge thee payment upon it’s monthly expiration. If at any time the customer removes Auto ReUp from their My Account settings, Reup Mobile will NOT charge the card on file. Un-checking this box makes the cardholder account ‘dormant’. Dormant accounts will never be charged for their plan or any other fee for that matter. ReUp Mobile will honor any other type of refund, but only if the refund request is deemed 24 hours after the purchase and only if the delivered pin # or Real Time Replenishment (RTR) is re-sellable. Refund claims will go through a 36 hour validation period, whereby ReUp Mobile will provide the customer exact details of when and where the transaction was used if the refund is not granted. In some cases we will even provide the customer what phone # was responsible for loading the Pin # or accepting the RTR transaction.
For all disputes, you must first give us an opportunity to resolve your claim by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide the transaction ID, date and time of purchase, reasons of dispute and submit evidence to why you’re making this dispute. If we are unable to resolve your claim within 15 days after receipt, you may pursue your complaint with the payment.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items offered by us from time to time may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
